Our 30-day guarantee: works as described

This guarantee covers your whole order: the pack, and Family Themes if you added it to your order.

Every automation in EveryHome states the device types it uses.

If, within 30 days of your order, an automation or a Family Theme doesn't work as described, email info@everyhomehq.com with:

  • your order number;
  • the automation's code (for example AL-01) or the theme's name;
  • your Home Assistant version and installation type;
  • a screenshot of the automation's trace, or of the theme as you see it.

We'll work with you to fix it. If we can't make it work as described, we'll refund your whole order in full, including Family Themes if you added it, to the payment method you used.

"Works as described" means: an automation created from our blueprint without changes, or a Family Theme installed as our guide shows, does what its description says on your Home Assistant (for an automation, with the device types it lists).

Not covered:

  • Home Assistant versions released more than 6 months before your order, and beta or development versions;
  • automations you've changed with "Take control" or by editing their code, and themes you've edited;
  • devices, integrations or online services that don't offer a function the automation needs (for example a TV that can't be paused).

If a later Home Assistant update breaks a blueprint, our 12-month update promise covers it.

This guarantee is in addition to your legal rights as a consumer. It doesn't limit them.

EU, EEA and UK customers: the 14-day right of withdrawal

When you buy online from the EU, the EEA or the UK, the law normally gives you 14 days to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason. EveryHome and Family Themes are digital downloads, so before checkout, in your cart, we ask you to tick a box: you ask for your download right away and confirm that you then lose this right of withdrawal.

To withdraw from a contract with us, use our online form: withdraw from contract here. We'll confirm it by email, with the date and time we received your withdrawal.
